REGISTRATION INFORMATION & RATES
We are delighted to announce that the registration costs (listed below) reflect NO INCREASES over last year’s rates. In today’s economy, we understand that budgets are restricted in many cases, and we have done our part to hold the line on conference costs so that all will be able to attend. Complete registration information and fees are listed below.

A FULL Registration includes almost $600.00 worth of music packets, all reading sessions, concerts, banquets, breaks, and devotional times.

An ASSOCIATE Registration includes all the above except music packets, and is available only with a Full Registration from the same church.

PLEASE NOTE, WE DO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF REGISTRATIONS PER CHURCH
Due to space limits and the fact that our conference normally fills up each year, we do limit each account to a maximum of SIX (6) registrants (combination of Full and Associate). It is our desire to serve and impact as many churches as possible with this event, and these limits are imposed to allow more churches to participate and attend. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot violate this policy under any circumstances in fairness to all who attend.

The cost for a FULL Registration(with music packets) is $345.00 per person.

The registration cost for an ASSOCIATE Registration (no music packets) is $295.00 per person.Associate level registrations are ONLY available in conjunction with at least one Full registration from the same church or organization, as Associates must “share” music packets with Full registrants.

REGISTRATION PRICING
FULL REGISTRATION includes over $600.00 in music packets, all reading sessions, premieres, workshops, concerts and five meals.

ASSOCIATE REGISTRATION includes all of the above except music packet and is available ONLY with a Full Registration from the same church.

NOTE: Associate Registrations are ONLY available with a Full Registration from the same church.

IMPORTANT NOTE80% of your registration (either type) is fully refundable if you need to cancel and notify us by 7/31/09. Sorry, no refunds can be given after this date for any reason due to meal guarantees, etc.

AT-DOOR REGISTRATIONS
We will be able to accept on-site registrations, but please be aware that we cannot bill registrations to church accounts (credit card or check is required). Please note that all sessions are open only to those registered for the conference.

LODGING INFORMATION
A complete listing of area hotels ranging from economy to deluxe (all-suite) accommodations will be sent to you with your confirmation of registration, or you can click here to check them out on-line!

Prices range from under $60.00 per night and up. Lodging reservations must be made directly with the host of your choice. Hotel listing contains complete rate information (including special festival rates), distance from conference, availability of eating facilities and other information to assist you in making your choice.

In order to secure a room at the lodging of your choice, we suggest you make your choice promptly upon receipt of the lodging information (or by checking here online), and that you register early.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT CHILDREN
While we certainly wish to be "family-friendly", our experience has shown that the long hours and hectic schedule of the conference are not conducive to children.

In an attempt to limit distractions to other paid registrants, and due to our space limitations, we must enforce that infants and children are not allowed in any of the sessions or program events; only paid registrants are allowed to attend sessions and conference events. We appreciate your understanding.
